SEATTLE – Nov. 10, 2014 – Here comes Santa Clam! Once again, Ivar’s Restaurants welcomes the holiday season to the Puget Sound with a lineup of can’t miss events, photo opps and contests. The favorites are back for another season with the Clam Lights display aglow at Gene Coulon Memorial Beach Park, Ivar’s annual Northwest Beer Tasting is serving up great grub and suds and the vocally-gifted Kamiak Carolers at Mukilteo Landing. Plus, new this year, kids can participate in a coloring contest to win a walk-on role at the 5th Avenue Theater’s “A Christmas Story, The Musical.”

Partnering with the storied downtown theater, Ivar’s and Kidd Valley are offering young stage hopefuls a chance to win a walk-on role in the Dec. 27 matinee of “A Christmas Story, The Musical” through “Ivar’s and Kidd Valley Holiday Coloring Contest.” Children between ages five and 12 are eligible to participate, and the coloring contest forms can be picked up at all participating Ivar’s (link out)   and Kidd Valley (link out) restaurants (excluding stadium locations).
